Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare Dressing:
    In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    Add the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Combine Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, gently toss the sliced strawberries and bananas with the mini marshmallows.
    Fold in the cheesecake dressing until all the fruit and marshmallows are coated.
  • Add Crunch:
    Just before serving, gently fold in the crushed graham crackers for a bit of crunch.
  • Serve:
    Transfer the salad to a serving dish or individual bowls. Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste!

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for a few hours if needed. The graham crackers should be added right before serving to maintain their crunch.
