Description

These Strawberry Crumble Cheesecake Bars are the perfect combination of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a buttery crumble topping. With a graham cracker crust and a rich, sweet filling, these bars are a delicious treat for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  • In another bowl, combine strawberries, flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • You can top these bars with whipped cream or a drizzle of strawberry sauce for extra indulgence.
  • To make the bars firmer, refrigerate them for an hour before serving.
