Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until combined.
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
- Layer the pudding mixture with sliced bananas in a serving dish or individual cups.
- For the strawberry crunch topping, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated with butter.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping evenly over the pudding layers.
- Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired before serving.
