Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, prepare the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry cake batter. Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese mixture through the batter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture over the cake batter. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate mixture through the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
