  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 46 slices of butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Topping Mixture:
    In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans if using. Set aside.
  • Prepare Sweet Potatoes:
    Wash the sweet potatoes and prick the skins with a fork.
  • Bake Sweet Potatoes:
    Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour, or until tender. Cooking time may vary based on size.
