- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into burger patties.
- In a skillet, cook the burger patties to your desired level of doneness.
- In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms until tender.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt.
- Toast the burger buns lightly.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with minced garlic to make the aioli.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun, topping with sautéed mushrooms, and spreading garlic aioli on the top bun.
- Serve with tater tots on the side.
