- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken nuggets in batches for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!

- For an extra crispy coating, dip the chicken in the egg and flour mixture twice.
