Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the seasoned flour mixture.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the chicken nuggets in batches for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!

  • For an extra crispy coating, dip the chicken in the egg and flour mixture twice.
