- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- Toffifee candies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
- Before serving, top with Toffifee candies and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
