Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • Toffifee candies for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
  • Before serving, top with Toffifee candies and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using homemade caramel sauce.
