Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Layer the shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and grated Parmesan cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Roll the dough up tightly, sealing the edges to prevent filling from leaking. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet, seam-side down, and brush the top with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before slicing.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers or olives to the filling.
