Tremendous Garlic Lemon Lobster features succulent lobster tails coated in a rich garlic butter sauce with a zesty lemon twist. This elegant dish is perfect for special occasions or a luxurious seafood feast.

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, from the base to the tip. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Brush the garlic lemon butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of garlic bread or a fresh green salad for a complete meal. Adjust the cayenne pepper to your heat preference.
