Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for crust)

Instructions

  • Prepare the cookie crust by mixing crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  • Whip 1 cup of heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Fold gelatin into the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate separately to create three mousses.
  • Layer the dark chocolate mousse over the crust, followed by the milk chocolate and then the white chocolate mousses.
  • Chill for 4-6 hours before serving.
