- 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for crust)
Instructions
- Prepare the cookie crust by mixing crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold gelatin into the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate separately to create three mousses.
- Layer the dark chocolate mousse over the crust, followed by the milk chocolate and then the white chocolate mousses.
- Chill for 4-6 hours before serving.
