This Turkey, Cranberry, and Brie Grilled Cheese is a sophisticated twist on the classic sandwich. Featuring creamy brie, savory turkey, and tangy cranberry sauce, this grilled cheese is perfect for a cozy lunch or a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet. Top each with slices of brie cheese.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on the remaining slices of bread and place them, cranberry-side down, on top of the cheese.
  • Grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add fresh spinach leaves, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor boost, add a thin layer of Dijon mustard to the brie before adding the turkey.
  • If you prefer a crispier texture, cook the sandwich a bit longer, keeping an eye on it to avoid burning.
