- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cooked turkey, sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet. Top each with slices of brie cheese.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the remaining slices of bread and place them, cranberry-side down, on top of the cheese.
- Grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add fresh spinach leaves, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For an extra flavor boost, add a thin layer of Dijon mustard to the brie before adding the turkey.
- If you prefer a crispier texture, cook the sandwich a bit longer, keeping an eye on it to avoid burning.
