- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll pie crusts and cut each into 4 equal pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine turkey, Havarti cheese, cranberries, pecans, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto half of each pie crust piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and crimp edges to seal.
- Place pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These hand pies can be made ahead and frozen for later baking.
