Description

These Turkey Hand Pies with Havarti & Cranberries are a delightful combination of savory turkey, creamy Havarti cheese, and sweet cranberries, all wrapped in a flaky crust. Perfect for a cozy meal or a delicious snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll pie crusts and cut each into 4 equal pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, combine turkey, Havarti cheese, cranberries, pecans, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture onto half of each pie crust piece.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and crimp edges to seal.
  • Place pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These hand pies can be made ahead and frozen for later baking.
