Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
