- 1 cup warm non-dairy milk
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ube jam
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the warm non-dairy milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- Add the melted vegan butter, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the ube jam evenly over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

- To make these rolls even sweeter, drizzle them with a glaze made from powdered sugar and non-dairy milk.
- You can prepare the dough the night before and let it rise in the fridge overnight for a quicker morning bake.
