- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter, then press into each liner to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in melted white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
