- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two cake pans.
- Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in melted white chocolate, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before frosting.
