Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two cake pans.
  • Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  • Mix in melted white chocolate, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in flour, baking powder, and chopped pecans.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before frosting.
