Description

A delightful cake that layers fluffy white cake with fresh raspberries and rich white chocolate, topped with a creamy frosting and decorated with berries.


Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions. Gently fold in fresh raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter between two greased 9-inch round cake pans and bake according to package instructions. Allow to cool.
  • For the filling, heat raspberry jam until smooth. Spread between the cake layers.
  • In a bowl, beat butter, melted white chocolate, and powdered sugar until creamy. Add heavy cream to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Frost the cake and decorate with additional raspberries and white chocolate chips.

Notes
