Description

 

A deliciously creamy cheesecake with a rich white chocolate flavor and fresh strawberry puree, topped with sliced strawberries and drizzled with melted white chocolate. Perfect for any special occasion or indulgent dessert!


Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Filling:
    • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen, blended and strained)
    • 6 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Topping (Optional):
    • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
    • 2 oz white chocolate, melted for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add strawberry puree, melted white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • If desired, top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set properly.
  • You can use frozen strawberries for the puree if fresh ones aren’t available.
