Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, white chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chopped strawberries.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow donuts to cool before removing from the pan.
