Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, white chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow donuts to cool before removing from the pan.
