- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- Club soda
- Ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the pomegranate seeds, mint leaves, and lime wedges.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the white rum and pomegranate juice, and stir well to combine.
- Top off with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
