  • 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

  • Butter (for spreading on the bread)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Slice the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin slices.
    • Slice the Tomatoes: Halve the cherry tomatoes.
    • Butter the Bread: Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Assemble the Sandwich:
    • Layer the Ingredients: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the pan.
    • Add the Fillings: Layer the mozzarella cheese, followed by the sliced tomatoes, and then the avocado slices on top of the bread in the pan.
    • Top with the Second Slice: Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  • Cook the Grilled Cheese:
