- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin slices.
- Slice the Tomatoes: Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Butter the Bread: Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Layer the Ingredients: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the pan.
- Add the Fillings: Layer the mozzarella cheese, followed by the sliced tomatoes, and then the avocado slices on top of the bread in the pan.
