Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Sprinkle in flour and stir well to coat the beef.

Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
