- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
