- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, heavy cream, eggs, bourbon, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
