Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Spread the mayo mixture over each chicken tender to coat evenly.

  • Press each tender into the crushed Ritz crackers, coating both sides well.

  • Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
