Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
  • Pour the French onion soup over the meatloaf.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  • During the last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle Swiss cheese on top and cover until melted.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
