- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, milk, and egg. Mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each muffin liner halfway with the batter. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on top, then cover with more batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
