- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions, substituting some of the water with the brewed coffee.
- Bake the cake as directed. Once baked, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then poke holes in the top with a fork.
- Pour the caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk over the top, allowing them to soak into the cake.
- Once the cake is completely cooled, spread whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
This cake can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator for an even more intense flavor!
