Description

A decadent dessert combining rich coffee flavors with luscious caramel and a whipped cream topping, perfect for coffee lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions, substituting some of the water with the brewed coffee.
  • Bake the cake as directed. Once baked, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then poke holes in the top with a fork.
  • Pour the caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk over the top, allowing them to soak into the cake.
  • Once the cake is completely cooled, spread whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

This cake can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator for an even more intense flavor!
