Description

This light and airy Mango Mousse Cake features a moist yellow cake base topped with a luscious mango mousse. Perfectly refreshing, it’s a delightful dessert for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix, prepared
  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a round cake pan. Let cool.
  • In a saucepan, heat mango puree and dissolve gelatin powder in it. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Fold whipped cream into the mango mixture and spread over the cooled cake.
  • Garnish with fresh mango slices and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
