- 2 cups mango puree
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Fresh mango slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a round cake pan. Let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat mango puree and dissolve gelatin powder in it. Allow to cool slightly.
- Fold whipped cream into the mango mixture and spread over the cooled cake.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
