Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and diced onion to the pot, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, beef broth, milk, and pasta. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has mostly absorbed.
