- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add Broth: Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Cook Macaroni: Stir in the macaroni and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, and mustard.
- Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste, then let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
