- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and strawberry puree, mixing until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully chilled.
- Before serving, sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries over the top for added crunch and flavor.
