These crispy roasted Brussels sprouts, seasoned with garlic and topped with Parmesan, make the perfect side dish for your Thanksgiving feast!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while hot. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding balsamic vinegar or lemon juice before serving.
  • You can also mix in some chopped bacon or nuts for added crunch!
