- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while hot. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding balsamic vinegar or lemon juice before serving.
- You can also mix in some chopped bacon or nuts for added crunch!
