Instructions

Cook the Ground Turkey:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cumin. Once browned, push the meat to one side of the skillet.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute until the onion softens.

Add the diced sweet potato, black beans, corn, diced tomato, jalapeño, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cumin.
