- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup diced peaches
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in white chocolate chips and diced peaches.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
